Jacob’s Ladder – Day 6

The hassle of sorting something that doesn’t seem to work right is made worse by the amount of waiting around we seem to have to do. Part of the reason why going to the doctor’s can be a ‘pain’ is that the waiting around itself is often literally painful.

There are questions around what that waiting is about especially when the doctor either tells you to ‘let nature take its course’ or give some generic medication which you could have sorted out anyway.

Maybe I’m a nosy person but I do look around to those who sit and wait with me. Some of them are in an obviously worse state than we are. Some don’t seem to have anything wrong at all. And I think at that point there is a possible connection. It might be potentially fatal or a scratch, but it shows our vulnerability. We are frail creatures all waiting to be fixed. Even the doctor.
